What are your opening hours?

Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are recommended for dine-in, especially in the evenings and on weekends. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome and are subject to availability. We highly recommend making a reservation to avoid disappointment.
Is there a dining time limit?
The dining duration is limited to 1.5 hours.
can i order large entremets from the takeaway counter?
All our medium (16cm) and large (20cm) entremets have to be pre ordered minimum 3 days in advance and will not be available to be ordered for take away over the counter. We offer both self collection or delivery for our medium and large format entremets.
Do you accept custom cake requests?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate custom cake requests at the moment.
Is the plated dessert experience an omakase course?
No, our plated desserts are offered à la carte, so you’re free to choose whichever desserts you’d like to experience.
Are you halal-certified?
Unfortunately we are not halal certified.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
If you are ordering our cakes online, please view our product listing description for the allergens in each product. For dine-in, do note that we have no vegetarian or vegan options. If you have allergies, please inform us at the time of booking and we will try our best to accommodate.
Can i bring my own wine for dine in?
To complement our dining experience, we offer a curated selection of wines. Kindly note that outside wines are not permitted.
Is LOULOUCA suitable for children?
Children are welcome. Parents and guardians should supervise them at all times due to the intimate nature of the space. Do note that we play music at a reasonably loud volume in our establishment.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in our outdoor walkway.

We are a cashless establishment — we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayNow.
