As chocolate cakes are a big part of the Singaporean imagination, we wanted to share the same familiarity and joy on a plate. Deep, dark chocolate and caramel are lifted with fragrant Earl Grey and tangy berries, with Piedmont hazelnut feuilletine for crunch. Decadent, yet balanced and light from start to finish.

For best enjoyment, please refrigerate the entremet within 45 minutes of delivery or collection and consume within the same day of delivery. Self-collection from our store is complimentary. Islandwide delivery in a temperature controlled vehicle is available at a flat rate of $30, between 10am - 4pm.
