Our eponymous entremet is an elegant take on the tiramisu, where the warmth of buckwheat tea and Vanuatu vanilla are paired with the richness of specially crafted coffee Piedmont hazelnut praline. To round it out, soft maple crèmeux is contrasted with a reconstructed pecan sablé for a memorable bite.

For best enjoyment, please refrigerate the entremets within 45 minutes of delivery or collection and consume within 24 hours. Self-collection from our store is complimentary. Islandwide delivery in a temperature controlled transportation is available at a flat rate of $30, between 10am - 4pm.
