Ice cream, handcrafted in-house. Fragrant Earl Grey tea leaves are gently infused into our ice cream base to release their delicate floral and bergamot notes, then folded with Japanese paste made from roasted white and black sesame. The fragrant tea meets the deep, toasted richness of sesame for a beautifully balanced finish.
