Our Iranian pistachios are roasted in- house to develop their natural depth of flavour. Then slowly stand ground into a silky, aromatic paste. The result is a rich, deeply nutty gelato with a delicate savoury edge.

Please freeze the pint as soon as possible when delivered/ collected. Self-collection from our store is complimentary. Islandwide delivery in temperature-controlled transportation is available at a flat rate of $30, between 10am - 4pm. If your preferred date is unavailable for selection, we are fully booked for that day.
